The three-night program exceeded my expectations. Our guide, Marcus, had an incredible ability to spot wildlife I would have walked right past. The tent was surprisingly comfortable, and waking to gibbon calls was worth the early hour. Meals incorporated ingredients I'd never encountered, prepared thoughtfully.

As a Malaysian, I thought I knew our forests well enough. The single-night experience proved otherwise. Our naturalist explained ecological relationships I'd never considered. The only minor issue was limited phone charging capacity, though being disconnected ended up enhancing the experience.

My wife and I did the three-night retreat for our anniversary. The medicinal plant walk with a Dusun guide was a highlight. Tent facilities were clean and functional. Weather was humid as expected, but the camp design allowed air circulation. Would recommend bringing quick-dry clothing.

Booked the single-night program while in KK for business. Transport coordination was smooth. The night walk revealed forest activity I wouldn't have experienced from a hotel. Bed was comfortable enough that I actually slept well despite the new environment. Efficient use of limited time.
